Volume Averaged Global Plasma Simulator(VAGPS)

The governing equations consist of the spatially averaged continuity, electron temperature, and gas temperature equations. The governing equations of the global model are first-order ordinary differential equations (ODEs), in which problems of ODEs are initial value problems (IVPs). In this work, CVODE library is used to solve the governing equation, it is widespread and heavily used to solve ODEs. Also, the extensible markup language (XML) is used to facilitate the chemistry data input. The VAGPS tool is intuitively coded and is developed using C language.
